Basis of this report was a study from the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) for the German Federal Ministry for Environment, Natural Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU). In addition to GTZ the report was produced with the collaboration of experts from the U.S. Department of Energy\u2019s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), REN21 and BRIDGE TO INDIA Pvt. These chapters include topics on estimated resource potential, existing installation rate, policies, investment flows and industrial trends in India.
