IRADe has been continuously working towards women empowerment by enhancing their capabilities and increased participation. IRADe\u2019s projects focus on gender-centric issues while discussing energy, environment, climate change, cities, agriculture etc. IRADe has been strongly advocating the sustainable energy for all (SE 4 all) initiative of the UN, seeking attention towards the non-commercial energy sector which is predominantly managed by women.
